- EPIC Museum is open daily from 10am – 6.45pm, with final entry between 4:30–5pm.
- The museum is closed from 24th to 26th December (inclusive).
- Allow around 90 minutes to complete the self-guided experience.
- Most standard tickets include a free return visit within 10 days.
- Genealogy consultations are available both in person and online.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Infants aged 5 and under can enter free of charge.

- You can bring one child under 15 for free with each adult ticket. Additional children require a paid ticket, and children aged 15 and over require a student ticket. Children travelling free do not need a ticket.
- Maximum of 8 child tickets per booking (including free tickets). Any additional children in the group must hold a student ticket.

- From the first departure each day, every hourly bus includes a live English tour. Every second bus operates with a multilingual audio guide. Multilingual commentary is available in German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, and Irish.
- The German live tour operates on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only during high season.
- The Docklands Tour is available in English only with a live guide.
