Seamus was an awesome guide, very knowledgable and funny. Lots of insights and tips during tour. Would not hesitate to book with Seamus again!
So much fun and wonderful Jameson/ Irish history. Tasting the different whiskeys was amazing. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Amazing experience at the Jameson Distillery and would recommend the "make a drink" mixing class to anyone. And the people were great!!
First of all, Fiona was a very good guide. She narrated very nicely and enthusiastically without seeming like a standard story. Also the explanation of the production process and the tasting. Very nice experience!
The tour was super informative and fun—our guide Finn was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the history to life. The tasting at the end was a highlight, and the atmosphere throughout was warm and welcoming. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Dublin!
The history of Jameson. The tasting!
Daisy! She was amazing and fun to do the tour with
Great tour. I want to come again.
Our tour guide was an absolute jewel. The great drinks at the bar and the bartenders were fantastic too!
We had a very nice tour guide and he made it unique and made us feel welcome to Ireland.
Our tour cruise, Ruby, was fantastic! She was very informative and entertaining as well. She made sure we all enjoyed our experience. Thank you Ruby!
Guided tour in German. Note: The information about information about "Blend". Very nice information event. Thank you
Purchasing tickets worked out well . The drink making class was lots of fun . Making drinks, meeting new people and enjoying the drinks together was all part of the wonderful experience .
Person who gave the tour even with his irish accent was easy to understand and a very interesting speaker. The Jameson samples were appreciated - could have finished the Lemonade jameson sample had I had more time. It was very tasty.
the guide was great for the very short time we had him. also the price was so expensive for nothing. we did not like it at all.
I didn't trust the move yo the 3rd party Headout. The website should be more clear that Jameson has a relationship with this vendor and that giving credit card information is secure. I purchased tickets incorrectly and worked eith Robyn at the venue to fix the mistake. She couldn't have been nicer.
This is one of the best tours that we took while staying in Dublin for a week. It was extremely interactive and interesting and our guide was fantastic.
The email you sent me stated i meet a guide outside the venue . We were almost late waiting around for someone that never turned up
The tour guide was Very informative and new her stuff The meeting point is inside and you need to verify your code, then you will be issued a ticket. No problem
Venue is clean & tidy. Customer service is great. The tour was very informative and interesting. The samples were awesome. Jameson whiskey is the best!
Guided tour with a knowledgeable guide. Tasting different whiskies.

I loved the tour circuit around Dublin. I did it twice the day I booked. I learned a lot of history. We were very lucky it was a clear, sunny day.
Tickets were easy to get. The driver was very helpful. It would have been even better if there had been more commentary about Irish history, the buildings etc.
I did not get my overpaid money back
First trip good, but spent more money on top up ticket. On Sunday went part way ,hopped off, back to stop waited 1 and a half hours , no bus returned. Had to spend another 15 euro on a taxi. How do I get a part refund please.
Yo get the ticket really easy, the information during the tour is clear
Using the hop on hop off service around Dublin City is an awesome way to explore the city for a lot less than using taxis. We opted for the 72 hour pass at €42 per person, which allowed us to tour the city and historic sights at leisure . The drivers are helpful and a joy to interact with. Would definitely use this service again.
The last driver drove very smoothly. At a long stoplight, the tour audio was stopped replaced woth pleasant music so when we started up again, the tour audio was in sync with the bus movement. I like the option of open air seating or covered seating. Cons: We spent more time waiting for a City Sightseeing bus than it would take to walk. One of the drivers drove so fast that he was repeatedly slamming on the brakes, causing us to jut forward sharply. We thought it was Dublin traffic until 2 things: first, we arrived at the end of the route for the driver to say we were 10 minutes early. Second, the ride with the next driver was very smooth.
We were disappointed as we were waiting for the bus at 17.30 pm. Only one empty bus passed, the driver said it was too late. We had to walk a large distance. So the experience was not 24 hours. We took the first bus at around 11.30 and left the last one around 4 pm. So it was 4 hours and a half.
Waited almost 45 minutes mid afternoon at one stop. Two green hop on hop off buses stopped before our bus showed up.
Good. It was a great way to get around Dublin. Had stops at all the places we wanted to visit.
The bus was half an hour late for customers who were waiting in heavy rain. The bus tour was very slow moving around Dublin. It would have been better on foot. The quality of the recorded tour talk was poor. I won't do a hop on/hop off tour again.
Waiting more than 30' for the bus, audio was not working
Easy to buy ticket on line; helpful driver explaining the options; map on the bus; some interesting info about what we were seeing
It was awesome and worth to buy if someone like to explore the beautiful city dublin
We thought the informati9n given was very good and s9metimes funny as some speakers can be boring.

Great whiskey tasting guide. She was fun and knowledgeable. The Whiskeys were delicious and ticketing was easy. The staff was friendly and the bar area was fun to hang out at after.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Host was fabulous and very knowledgeable. Purchasing and redeeming tickets were very easy.
Gavin was wonderful and funny!
What I loved the most about this experience was The tour guide and the awesome whiskey. Great experience.
Staff (Eva at ticketing) and Finn (tour guide) were incredibly accommodating and helpful.
The tour leader was amazing! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the products that were sampled. Great experience!
The bartender was great to chat with. The samples were just enough.
The experience with headout was bad. We booked a taxi to go to the Jameson distillery for a tour. When we got there we were told that the tour that we had booked was not available. It was not even on Jameson's calendar. A Jameson's rep told us that this had been happening regularly with Headout. Luckily, Jameson's refunded us the cost of our tickets. However, that as our last day in Dublin and we wasted an hour that we could have spent exploring the city further.
Four curated tastings paired with a tour of Jameson’s private office!

The trip was well-organized, the coach seats were comfortable and we had access to to a restroom and charging ports. Our guide was Rowen and he was very funny and charming and gave us great bits of information and history as we went though the day. I highly recommend booking through this company, I had a great time!
It was a good tour, weather at cliffs of Moher was not the best but you can't do anything about that. It was a long day!

Good combination. Each bus driver was amazing in their own way adding individuality to the info given. It was nice that the night tour was a different route to the day. All staff really friendly and helpful - our code wouldn't scan but they sorted our tickets at their shop.
The facility and displays were impressive and quickly created a sense of history, continuity, and culture. In addition, as soon as your staff saw that I was using a cane, they brought me a wheelchair to make the visit more accessible.
Great way to get around the city. We thought that the tour guides should give more information on what to see in each stop besides the one major tour attraction. Also given that the last pickup was around 7:15, we didn't have time on either day to stop at Jameson; the last stop. If we had, we would have had to use a cab to get back to our tram.
Good commentary from a humorous driver.
Stopped at great stops. Ticketing great. Too long a wait in between stops.

The drivers were very kind, they show and talk a lot about the city
Robby was very knowledgeable and entertaining
Good access but unable to follow whole bus ride due to march in the middle of the city blocking traffic
Just a very boring tour. Guide did his best to entertain but the audio was very bad so couldn't catch most of what he was saying. The non audio tour I took was really BORING.
I really had no experience as I was unable to utilize my pass even tho I paid for 2 days. I stood at one pick up point and a bus came by but she informed me that she was not in service but that another would be along shortly. Fast forward 20 minutes and no one showed. I had to pay a taxi to get where I wanted to be. Very disappointed with the waste of money. Will not recommend
Gerry the driver was so good, his knowledge and delivery made our time with him so good. The weather was also kind to us and we managed a seat in the sun during most of the day.
Amazing experience. I have booked them before in London and Dubai. Always have been amazing. Shout out to the Irish team, driver Gerry, Joe, James, have been so amazing, great knowledge, energy, enthusiasm and love for work and people. Thank you for making the visit even more fun and pleasurable.
The "hawkers" outside the bus were very nice/ helpful. The red headed male who was conducting the tour from upstairs(Brian?) was hysterical, informative, very talkative.. we think he kissed that Blarney stone a bit too long and a bit too hard! Enjoyed it!
Our Driver / Narrator was amazing. He told great history and stories. He stopped at one point to talk to a little boy in a costume and it was just precious.
Throughly enjoyed our evening tour with James. He was very informative, and definitely helped influence tomorrow's Hop Off walks in between destinations. Thank you James! 👍👍
It was a wonderful city tour, the staff took very good care of us so we could listen to the tour in German. To get to know Dublin and have a lot of fun. It is a wonderful idea.
Commentary was very helpful an often very funny!!!
Hearing about the history of the places we passed by.
Driver spook rally good englisch. And was accurate and also funky.
The Good on Bus went by or near all the major points of interest in the Dublin City Center and with a bit of planning, we saw everything we wanted to see!
The experience was very positive. The various drivers were friendly, funny and interesting. I'd have no problem recommending it.

Night tour The Dublin night tour offers a magical one-hour open-top bus ride through the city’s illuminated landmarks, including Temple Bar, Docklands, and Christ Church Cathedral, enriched by captivating stories of Dublin’s history and culture.
Hard to hear the narrative. I booked your company over others since you said you had live guide. That was only occasional commentary from the driver, most narrative was done through a pre-taped narrative. That is not what I was promised when I paid for the hop on hop off. The entire loop took about 2 hours- that is very long, it limits what can be done in a day.
What an enthusiasm driver we had. Really recommendable but also the ride itself with many beautiful city views and sights.
The driver, Bill was absolutely amazing! He guided through the whole tour with knowledge and humour. We took the ride several times, at the other occasions there was a pre-recorded guide which was good but Bill set a high standard.
The Dublin Hop-on Hop-off bus was a great experience and gave us the overview of Dublin that we wanted.
Driver very informative, funny and partly good singer too

We arrived at the pick up point at 6.30am. When we tried to board the bus we were told we weren't on the list. Eventually they discovered we had been booked on the incorrect tour. We paid for Giant's Causeway and Belfast Titanic but had been put on the Giant's Causeway and Belfast trip. They said we could swap but would have to pay again for the Titanic experience as they didn't have tickets for us. We picked up passengers in Belfast. When we were about 20 minutes outside of Belfast the guide had a call to say the other tour had left passengers behind and we would have to go back and get them. Going back lost us about 45 minutes from the trip. When we got to Giant's Causeway the guide told us what time we had to be back on the coach. Two people were 10 minutes late but we waited for them. Another 10 minutes lost. Again, when we got Dark Hedges we were given a time to return to the coach. This time 2 people were 15 minutes late. But we waited again. Another 15 minutes lost. So when we arrived at Titanic we had 1 hour 10 minutes less time than we should have. We walked round faster than we would have liked and indeed missed the end of the tour entirely. As we were leaving my wife, who has a stomach complaint, had to use the toilet. This resulted in us being 7 minutes late. We left to find the coach had gone without us. This after waiting 25 minutes for other people who were late for no other reason than they were wandering around. On the bus was my coat, bag, phone, money. We were stranded. We returned to the Titanic building and spoke to the manager who was incredibly helpful. He contacted the tour guide who refused to come back for us. Even though they were dropping people off in Belfast so they wouldn't have got far. Yet he was happy to go back 20 minutes to pick people up earlier. He then contacted the tour company and they said we could pick up our belongings from their office the following morning, which was no good to us. Eventually it was agreed that they would drop our things at a police station. So then we had to get back to Dublin. We had to get a bus to the station and buy 2 train tickets. This cost me £66. It is a 2 hour trip and then we had to find the police station to collect our things. While on the train the tour operator called my wife as my phone was on the coach. I asked why the coach didn't wait when it waited 25 minutes for other people but he kept avoiding the question and just kept saying our belongings would be at the police station. The police, who were very helpful, also contacted us to say they had our things. We got back to our accomodation at 10.30pm, exhausted and very angry. I would like to hear your thoughts on this nightmare and fully expect to be reimbursed the cost of thr tour and the £66 train fare. Regards Philip Harding
