- Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the venue.
- Offensive dressing, including costumes, branded promotional clothing, or attire deemed inappropriate, is not allowed.
- Due to venue restrictions, your pets cannot tag along.
- Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the distillery.
The Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience
- The Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience is not suitable for children under the age of 5. Recommended visitor age for children is 7 years old and over.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics and engaging in inappropriate behaviour is strictly forbidden. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and remove customers at its discretion.

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Non-alcoholic alternatives are available upon request; please notify staff in advance.
- Group celebrations such as stag and hen parties are welcome but must be booked in advance.
- Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian over 18 to join the tour.
- Tips/gratuities are not included but are appreciated.
- Facilities: restroom and free Wi-Fi

- Ticket prices may vary during weekends and high season periods.
- Each tour lasts 60-75 minutes.
