If you don’t drink whiskey but would still like to visit the distillery, you are welcome to join a guided tour. When booking online, just select the ‘Teeling Tasting’ option. This can be made non-alcoholic on request. Just let a member of the team know when you collect your tickets, and they will be happy to prepare a non-alcoholic cocktail or ‘mocktail’ for you to enjoy after the tour.

Yes. Online booking is recommended as tours have limited capacity and often sell out, especially on weekends.
Arriving 10–15 mins before your scheduled time is ideal to check in and get settled.
If you arrive up to 10 mins after your tour time, the venue will try to have you catch up with the tour. If you arrive after this time, unfortunately, you will not be able to join your scheduled tour. However, there is a chance that you may get to join the next available tour! We recommend that you arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled tour time.
