  • When to buy tickets: It is best to book your tickets online before your experience to guarantee your entry. You can also purchase a ticket at the Guinness Storehouse admissions hall on the day of your visit, but availability is not guaranteed. Tickets are also €2 more expensive at the door. 
  • Types of tickets: You can book standard, immersive experiences like the STOUTie experience and the Connossieur Experience, or combo experiences like the Guinness & Jameson Guided Tour, Dublin Guided Walking Tour, the Dublin Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour + Guinness Storehouse Tickets.
  • What’s included: Your Guinness Storehouse tickets include entry to the attraction, access to the Tasting Rooms, and a complimentary pint or a soft drink at the Gravity Bar.
  • Age restrictions: There is no age restriction for entering the Guinness Storehouse. However, children under the age of 18 cannot drink or purchase alcohol and must be accompanied by an adult (18+). 
  • Allergens: The barley display on the ground floor uses real barley. If you have gluten intolerances or sensitivities, you can collect masks at the info desk on the lower ground floor.

  • When to arrive: Arrive at least 5 mins before your scheduled time slot. If you don’t arrive within your allocated 15-min time slot, your booking will be deferred to the next available time slot. 
  • Best time to visit:  To minimize crowds, plan your visit to the Guinness Storehouse in the morning, shortly after opening, and aim for Monday to Wednesday. Weekday afternoons and weekends, especially from Thursday onwards, see higher tourist traffic. If the Gravity Bar is full during busy periods, the 5th floor provides a more relaxed atmosphere.

If you are interested in immersive experiences like the STOUTie Experience or the Connoisseur Experience, add another 30 mins or 75 mins to your tour, respectively.

What happens if I arrive late for my booked time slot?

Entry is subject to availability if you arrive late, so it’s best to be on time.

Is the Guinness Storehouse suitable for children?

Yes! The building is child-friendly and all areas are accessible for buggies/pushchairs/strollers. However, note that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. In addition, certain experiences, such as STOUTie or the Connoisseur Experience, are only for those over 18 years.
